• How do I order a service?

  Simply browse freelancer profiles, select a service or package, tap “Order Now,” and complete payment through the secure checkout.

• How do I cancel my order?

  Go to the order page and use the “Resolution Center” to request a cancellation. If unresolved, our support team will step in to help.

• Can I withdraw money from my Task Heroes account?

  Clients cannot withdraw unused balance or credits. These can only be used to purchase services on the platform.

• How do I leave my freelancer a tip?

  After the order is completed, you’ll be prompted to rate the freelancer and can leave a tip as a thank-you gesture.

• How do I download attachments and files?

  Files can be downloaded directly from the order page. Click on any file or attachment link provided in the delivery message.
