How do I cancel my order?
Go to the order page and use the “Resolution Center” to request a cancellation. If unresolved, our support team will step in to help.
What are Gig Extras and Gig Multiples?
Extras are add-on services (e.g., faster delivery, extra revisions), and Multiples allow you to order the same service in bulk—for example, ordering 5 logo variations instead of 1.
Does the service fee change?
